Kuban’ region, being famous for its rich crops and vast fields, have not disappointed ufologists with crop circles harvest this year.
Modern records date the first crop circle appearance in the region with 2004, but who knows when it really started.
Farms of Kuban’ have got short but rich history in crop circles business since the first documented event in 2004. Unknown energy that generates rich soils and crops has now implemented in patterns on the peaceful fields, which have been washed by human blood years ago.
Persistence and regularity of crop circles appearance in Kuban’ have ended in a serious interest of ufologists who do care to set scientific expeditions into the heart of action. Unfortunately for scientists, natives, do not share the common view on the phenomenon.
This season has begun with Armavir region presenting the first crop circle of the year, followed by Dinski region circles. Unluckily, the farmer of Armavir had quickly eliminated the trails of the unknown activity by plowing the area with the circles up, owing to the fear of running into a hard time for making his crops somewhat “unpopular”.
Vadim Chernobrov – Kosmopoisk coordinator assured more circles to appear, arguing for the point, that his organization stores sufficient records dating back to USSR times with crop circles evidence and their activity monitoring. Chernobrov stressed on their ability to predict time of crop circles appearance, using their archives.
Current case shows circles ranging from 5 to 25 meters in diameter placed according to the .
Some may take Chernobrov’s confidence in crop circles chasing to their beliefs, though others take his assurance to question. However that may be, so far none were able to scientifically explain the phenomenon.
There are several kinds of Orbs informed, but the most often reported is a small light source defocusing.
The matters in the back are well focused and because of this, you may not understand why we pick up defocusing. However because back ground is clearly focused, the light source in near side, just in front of the lens for example, is out focused.
So what is this small light source? In many cases, they are dust floating in the air. When lighten by any strong beam, the dust become the small light source, and when taken by photo focused on the far side, these dust in the air become unfocused then blur and appear like orbs in the photo. Please take a look of sequential photographs.
This is a mirror with dust. We took photo of mirror focusing to the matters reflected in it. As you can see, as the mirror approach the camera lens, the dust turn into Orb-like- shapes.
The technique is simple. All you need is a small light source defocusing and it does not have to be some dust in the air. “Rain drops” (Upper left and middle photo),”Small water drops adhered on lens”, (Upper right photo), light far away when the focus is put on the near object works as well. So before you call them an Orb and a spiritual phenomenon, you should treat them with reliable attitude.
Publicist and Internet Marketing Specialist Scott Lorenz has compiled a list of 52 tips on how to promote an iPhone App. Tips he garnered from his extensive experience as a public relations professional in promoting all types of products and services
Apple has almost 150,000 iPhone applications available for sale at its App Store and this number will grow exponentially with the growing popularity of the iPhone, iPod and the new iPad.
“The competition is fierce so in order to succeed you must aggressively promote your iPhone app if you want a fighting chance,” says Scott Lorenz President of Westwind Communications Public Relations firm.
What’s the best way to promote your app? “There is no “best” way,” says Lorenz. “You must employ multiple tactics to crack the success code. Simply relying on word of mouth is not enough — you need to get the attention of the news media. Just look how fast the TigerText app got traction after it was featured by CNN and Time Magazine. Shortly after those news organizations featured it other media outlets jumped on the bandwagon and promoted it as well. This has led to people talking about it at the water cooler, at Starbucks and everywhere else,” said Lorenz, “that’s the power of PR.”
How can iPhone developers put this powerful force to work? Lorenz says that his solution as a publicist is to seek publicity to help get the word of mouth going which will then lead to those highly sought after downloads.
He’s compiled a list of 52 tips on how to promote an iPhone App – suggestions garnered from his extensive experience as a public relations professional and Internet Marketing Specialist in promoting all types of products, inventions, books and services. Lorenz says that after reviewing the 52 ideas, developers should ask themselves these questions:
• Is our iPhone app getting all the media coverage it deserves?
• Is our competition getting more than their fair share of media coverage?
• Would media coverage get people to download my iPhone app?
• Do I have a PR strategy for continuous year round media coverage for our iPhone app?
• Who in the company can implement any or all of these 52 items?
If the answers to these questions are not satisfactory Lorenz says developers should consider hiring Westwind Communications or other publicist who’ll “ pitch” the media on their iPhone app. A publicist will create a story idea involving the app that would interest the people who read, watch or listen to a particular media outlet that would cover the app.
Lorenz added “Even if you have the internal staff and expertise to commit to your public relations effort then you should still consider hiring an outside PR firm to just promote the iPhone app. The reason? There is much to do and it’s a big world out there with plenty of media outlets to reach. The outside PR firm can focus on the iPhone app exclusively.”
Scott Lorenz is President of Westwind Communications, a public relations and marketing firm that has a special knack for working with individuals and entrepreneurs to help them get all the publicity they deserve and more. Lorenz has handled public relations and marketing for numerous authors, doctors, lawyers, inventors and entrepreneurs.
Concluded Lorenz, “The busier you get, the easier it is to forget about or «set aside» important PR activities. Don't get caught in that trap! If you want your iPhone app to be a success then hire a publicist who can get the publicity you deserve!”wpj
The painful truth about Male Pattern Baldness
The most common type of baldness in men is male pattern baldness (MPB).
It typically begins with a receding hairline and continues back to the crown and in some cases extends to the sides. In severe cases, most hair on the head is lost leaving some diffuse patches of hair on a narrow band from the top of the ears all the way around the other side.
Male pattern baldness is a progressive condition, and the earlier it begins, the more hair you are going to eventually lose.
Some men experience the beginning phases of male pattern baldness as young as 14 years old, and these young men may be cosmetically bald by the age of 17.
Male pattern baldness is more than just a physical dis-figurement, it is also a disease, and is closely related to cardio-vascular & carcinogenic diseases. Although this may be hard for some men to hear at a point in their life when they are at their most vulnerable, the unfortunate truth is that for those who suffer from MPB, they will have a greater risk of suffering from both cardio-vascular disease and prostate cancer in their later lives.
Male pattern baldness is caused by a genetic predisposition to hair loss.
It iscompletely and utterly unrelated to physical fitness, healthy eating habits, increased stress or too much sex.
Currently there is absoluteny NO CURE for MPB.
On the positive side however, in the last 10 to 15 years, a number of treatments have been developed which have been scientifically proven to slow down hair loss and in some cases reverse some of that hairloss, in some men only.
These treatments can work for some men, but on the whole they have been beneficial to men who have lost little hair, and who have not experience chronic and severe hairloss.
So typically, if you are already bald, the chances are very slim that thes etreatments will reverse your condition enough to enhance your looks.
Some of todays treatments include topical lotionsapplied to the scalp, oral tablets taken once per day, laser treatments used two to three times per day, and surgical procedures.
Currently there are only 3 treatments approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA. The FDA is an independant therapeutics goods assessor that only approves medications and treatments that have been reliably shown to be safe and effective.
One of the only male pattern hair loss treatment regimens approved by the Food and Drug Administration is an over-the-counter ointment containing minoxidil and mostly sold under the trade name of Rogaine.
Another product, Propecia containing finasteride is available in pill form by prescription only. Due to finasteride in a larger dosage being used as a treatment for an enlarged prostate, as a male pattern hair loss treatment it requires stricter control.
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) has also been approved by the FDA for the purposes of hair loss treatment.
Limited Success Growing Hair Grow Usage With some limited form of regrowth in less than 50 percent of users, minoxidil and finasteride and the less efficacious LLLT further ignited interest in hair loss treatments, but for the majority of sufferers of male wpj
A successful, fulfilled life suddenly torn apart by a totally unforeseen tragedy was put back together again by a totally unforeseen intervention – a miracle!
Jackie Carpenter, a loving mother and grandmother, church organist and successful businesswoman, had it all and would have given it all up in a moment to rescue her youngest son facing trial for felony murder. But the only thing she had to give up was her doubts – and that led to a miracle!
The story of a false charge that crushed a family is told in dramatic fashion by Jackie Carpenter in The Bridge: Between Cell Block A and a Miracle is Psalm 91 (ISBN 9781615796847, 2010 Xulon Press 118 pages, $19.99 hardcover). But the story of the miracle that follows is one readers will never forget.
Carpenter’s youngest son, Jason Veitch, is a contractor who was building eight homes in a new subdivision and was losing thousands of dollars to copper theft. Following the advice of a police deputy, Jason stood guard one night at a home under construction. When encountering three intruders, his shotgun accidently fired and killed a man. Subsequently some shady actions by the police deputy led to trumped up charges of felony murder.
When her son was arrested and charged with felony murder, Carpenter busied herself researching everything. “I became an attorney, a police officer, a judge, a juror, a forensic expert,” says Carpenter. “Then two weeks before trial, I realized that everything I researched was to no avail. There was nothing else that I could do to help Jason. So I turned Jason over to God and a miracle happened.”
In the midst of crisis, Carpenter stopped at CVS to pick up a prescription. Her eyes were drawn to the Choice Book Stand” entitled Psalm 91, God’s Shield of Protection! It Saved My Life. Carpenter turned to the Book of Psalms for comfort and guidance, and throughout the trial shared with family members copies of stories taken from the Psalm 91 book.
The Bridge takes readers on a journey of utter helplessness through valleys of fear and doubts to a path of faith that led to a miracle. The book offers hope to the hopeless, help to the helpless, rest to the restless, and life to the lifeless.
“Ten long months we lived in the very pit of hell where Satan viciously attacked our family continuously,” recalls Carpenter, “Day after day after day after day. But at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2009 on the third floor courtroom of Coweta County Courthouse, the judge announced, “The jury has reached a decision” and to Jason, “please rise.” And God showed up!”
The lessons of The Bridge include:
• Don’t Blame God; Trust God when bad things happen
• Surviving tragedy without losing faith
• God still performs miracles today
• Finding peace in the Valley of the Shadow of Death
• Prosecutors are Big and Powerful but God is Bigger and More Powerful
In addition to working fulltime as a contractor, Jason today is also a part-time minister in his brother Jim’s church. Jackie has returned to her job as office manager of an MRI company but also finds time to share her journey from a cellblock to a miracle. Wpj
Jonathon Gomez of Twin Falls, Idaho scored his second career SRL Southwest Tour victory Saturday night to move within seven points of the championship lead after six races. His celebration at Toyota Speedway in Irwindale, CA was short lived though as he and the team chartered a flight back to Portland, OR where he competed on the NASCAR K&N Pro Series event on Sunday afternoon. Gomez ran in the top ten all day and was looking at a top five finish only to run short of fuel on the 1.98-mile road course and finish in the twelfth position.
Gomez started the weekend out practicing at Irwindale on Friday night where he was among the fastest cars in all sessions. He then flew to Portland for practice on the road course in the NKNPS cars before heading back to Irwindale on Saturday afternoon where he qualified third for the SPEARS Manufacturing «100» on the half-mile paved oval.
The top ten cars were inverted so Gomez would start the 100-lap race from the seventh position. Coming off a sixth place finish at Toyota Speedway two weeks ago in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series, Gomez was confident about his chances.
He used the early laps to let the field sort out then quickly began to establish himself in the race. Over the first dozen laps he steadily moved his way into the top three and by lap 18 he took the point and never looked back. Although, over the closing laps he faced repeated challenges, he never wavered and dominated the race.
«It was an awesome run for the team» Gomez said. «Ron Copeland and the rest of the guys did a great job and this car was a blast to drive.»
Gomez then headed to the airport and flew to Portland where he qualified tenth for the 64-lap Bi-Mart Support the Troops «125» on Sunday. Gomez finished 11th in the last series road course event back in June at Infineon Raceway and applied lessons learned to run in the top ten the entire race.
The flat layout of PIR is a much driver as it is set-up and the Craig Raudman led crew hit their marks all weekend. While running sixth over the closing laps, Gomez was in position to post a top five finish only to run short on fuel during a green, white, checkered finish. He remained on the lead lap but dropped to 12th in the final running order.
«It was disappointing but fuel is always a gamble on road courses,» Gomez offered. «We had a great weekend and a great car and we'll go onto the next event and try to get some of the points back. We have two really great teams and this has really be a fun season and I can't wait until the next event.»
Gomez lost one position in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series-West standings and now sits fourth, just 19-points out of third place and 137-points behind the series leader. After seven races he has scored two top five and four top ten performances with his best finish this season of second place at Iowa Speedway back in May.
Jonathon Gomez is in his fourth year of competitive racing having won local track titles at Magic Valley Speedway in Twin Falls and competed in various Late Model events the past couple of seasons. He has started 15 NASCAR K&N Pro Series races since 2008 scoring eight top ten finishes and is in his first full-time season in the NKNPS. Gomez will contend for championships in both the NASCAR K&N Pro Series as well as the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour this season where he second in the championship standings (7-points out of first) after scoring his second series win this past weekend. Dave Minegar, driver of the BodyBuilding.Com Chevrolet, finished fifth this past Saturday night at Rocky Mountain Raceways outside Salt Lake City, UT to record his 24th career top five finish in the CarbonX Rocky Mountain Challenge Series. Minegar qualified second quick and steadily moved through the field and waged a great battle with Jim Wulfenstein over the final laps to take the fifth position and move up one spot in the standings.
Minegar qualified second quick for the 75-lap «sprint» and would line up 13th on the grid after the customary RMCS invert. Over the opening laps, Minegar just let the race sort out and slowly worked his way forward.
By the midway point of the race he worked his way up to the eighth position but his forward progress was slowed as the setup on his Chevrolet went away. Minegar persevered and in the end was able to nose his BodyBuilding.Com sponsored ride into the fifth position when the checkered flag flew.
«This was not the kind of finish we were looking for,» Minegar said. «We just missed it. We were fast earlier in the day and the changes we made before the main did not work. To finish in the top five is always good and I would have liked better but it is on to Stateline.»
Minegar moved up to fifth in the overall standings after six races with his second top five finish of the season. The top five in the point standings are only separated by 154-points and with only four races left to go the championship battle is wide open. «We still have a chance to catch those guys ahead of us but we are going to need better runs and I know we can do it,» Minegar said. «I am really looking forward to the event at Stateline. Craig Bell will be back in the 99 (second team car) so it should be a great weekend for the team.»
Minegar racing is owned by Pat Minegar and is sponsored by BodyBuilding.com, Redline, Gaspari Nutrition, Supreme Nutrition, MusclePharm, Optimum Nutrition, A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning, Lennox, and Dillon Auto Craft. Minegar is in his seventh season in the CarbonX Rocky Mountain Challenge Series and is a two-time series champion (06, 08) with 57 career starts, six wins, 24 top five and 43 top ten finishes along with twenty-two (22) career Sharp Powder Coating Fast Time Awards and most career money won. Brett Thompson of Jerome, Idaho continues his roll in the CarbonX Rocky Mountain Challenge Series finishing third at Rocky Mountain Raceways this past Saturday night. The finish vaulted Thompson to within six point's over the overall lead in his quest for his first series title.
Thompson has five top three finishes this season with his only blemish coming at RMR back in May where he finished 15th. Thompson's third place performance was the third time this season he finished in spot number three.
Beginning the season, Thompson knew he could excel in the series known for its 20-car inverts, close racing action, and rules package that creates parity among the competitors. His stats so far this season have proven he is a winner and championship contender. «We felt from the beginning we would be good,» Thompson said. «This series is really tough and has a lot of guys who are excellent racers. There are no easy races and with the rules package and tire allotment, each race is as much about strategy as it is driving. So far we have been pretty good.»
Thompson qualified third quick putting him 12th on the starting grid after the invert. «Even though we qualified really well, we have to get better,» Thompson said. «The difference in the standings comes down to qualifying. Steve Jones has been better and that is where we need to improve.»
Thompson quickly started his march forward over the first several laps and by the mid-way point of the 75-lap race he had moved into the top five. Over the second half of the race he made several attempts at the lead as he battled nose to nose with Eric Rhead and Steve Jones for the top spot.
With less than ten laps to go he moved inside Jones but the two made slight contact and that was just enough to slow his progress. Thompson settled back into the third position and brought his RTTI Dodge home in the third position.
«In most cases you would be happy with third place,» Thompson said. «We were better than that, just not at the end. The finish helped us move closer to the top spot and that is the name of the game. We have been really consistent and if we continue doing what we are doing then it is going to be a great battle right down to the end for the championship.»
«What's fun about this series is the racing,» Thompson said. «While starting at the back in some series' would be impossible, the RMCS provides a format that works. It is always exciting on track and I am sure the fans see a great race. Winning the championship is our goal but it is not going to be easy. Steve Jones and John Newhouse are very good drivers and have great teams. We just need to focus on qualifying and running like we have been doing.»
Next up for the Thompson Motorsports team is the Idaho «200» weekend at Stateline Stadium Speedway in Post Falls, Idaho. The 100-lap race on Saturday night July 31 will be the third time the series has competed at the 1/4-mile paved oval and will mark the first visit for Thompson to the North Idaho oval. «I hear it is a great event and I am really looking forward it,» Thompson said.

Where should I begin? The first experience that I can remember happened when I was about seven. I was in grade school, I had dream (?) that I was on the play ground and everything was a translucent blue/green. I do mean everything, the ground, the buildings, the trees and the sky. I was alone, then one of the man hole covers opened and a women the same translucent color as all else told me to follow her. And of course I did. I went into the sewer, everything was the same translucent blue/green as everything else. All we did was swim and swim and swim. But without paddling. My arms were tucked into my sides but we still swam. She ahead of me. It seemed forever, then I woke up.
I don't know if it was paranormal, but I will never forget it. It was extremely vivid.
More experiences to follow. I would do them all now, but my computer crashed and I'm doing this on my iPhone.

Residents of a western Kazakhstan town reported that they witnessed two silver objects fall from the sky on Wednesday night
“It was at about 3AM. I was standing by my tractor when the guys started shouting: ‘Look, there are some balls flying.’ They were big and sparkling with yellow, red and green,” an eyewitness told Interfax news agency over the phone.
According to the witnesses, the spherical objects were approximately 60 cm in diameter, had a silvery surface with what appeared to be a small opening. The UFOs failed to bend or dent when local residents attempted to strike them with their tools, and said the balls produced sparks when they attempted to do so.
A preliminary investigation has failed to identify the strange objects, but according to head of the local emergencies service Aleksandr Ivanov, they are most likely “fragments of a man-made aircraft.”
He also noted that the region where the two spherical objects were discovered has no history of similar incidences.
“Objects fall on the areas bordering the Russian military test range Kapustin Yar, but here it’s a rare thing. I’d say it’s a first,” he said.
The balls were found to pose no immediate threat to public health or the environment and were sent for further research to “a specialized organization.”

“Mom, I’m bored!” The three words every parent dreads will soon be spoken unless parents “nip it in the bud,” so says Michigan school teacher DJ Duey. Many parents will say “play outside,” or “put on the new video game,” or even “go watch TV.” But parents who want their children to retain what they learned during the school year all summer long will be thinking of ways to keep their kids busy in fun mind engaging activities.
One way parents can keep their children occupied, entertained and active is by giving them an educational CD with music they can dance to.
